Dr Rashmi Barua has been awarded with the Partnership Development Grant (PDG), an initiative by the Innovation for Poverty Action (IPA) and funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The study evaluates a randomised experiment among Filipino domestic workers in Singapore to study the effect of entrepreneurship training and access to microfinance given to both the migrant and her main remittance recipient in the Philippines. |
