The Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) and the Pudong Innovation Research Institute (PIRI) signed a Letter of Agreement on 9 April 2013 in Shanghai to work on a joint research programme to develop a comprehensive user-satisfaction measure for services in Shanghai’s Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park (ZJPark).
This joint research programme aims to utilise research findings to:
- develop higher-quality public services within ZJPark;
- promote the benefits of a strong service- and customer-centric culture; and
- improve ZJPark’s competitiveness internationally.
It will also provide a plethora of research opportunities and knowledge exchange during the planned two-year duration.
