SMU congratulates Professor Lim Ee-Peng for being appointed as an Associate Editor of a top-tiered Data Management and Engineering journal

In October 2013, Lim Ee-Peng, Professor of Information Systems and Director of the Living Analytics Research Centre at SMU was appointed as an Associate Editor of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering (TKDE), a monthly archival journal.

The information published in TKDE is designed to inform researchers, developers, managers, strategic planners, users, and others interested in state-of-the-art and state-of-the-practice activities in the knowledge and data engineering area. Topics include, but are not limited to:

• knowledge discovery and data mining;
• data modeling and management;
• underlying computational platforms for knowledge and data engineering tools, techniques and systems; and
• emerging knowledge and data engineering applications.
