Distinguished visiting academics at SMU

Professor Subra Suresh, President Elect, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and Director, National Science Foundation, USA, visited the School of Information Systems, SMU on 14 May 2013.

During his visit, Professor Suresh spent a short time at the Living Analytics Research Centre (LARC) and LiveLabs.

Professor Pulak Ghosh is a Visiting Professor of Information Systems at SMU. Pulak is a Professor of Quantitative Methods & Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. His research topics include Quantitative Finance, Quantitative Marketing, Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Bayesian Nonparametric and Political Science Data.

Pulak has been part of our visiting faculty since April 2013, and will be with SMU until June 2013.
